Being that you can’t have a Bunny outfit without Bunny ears, We reused the ears from Easter that I created (Full Tutorial for Bunny Ears coming soon…) Since Peter Rabbit isn’t an all-white bunny, I decided to create a beautiful LACE Tutu. You’ll need a Beige colored Lace Roll, Ribbon for the waist, and light lavender or light blue Tulle (optional).
1) I’m not a measuring girl. I can’t tell you how many inches to cut something… Instead, I like to measure the material on the child I’m making the Tutu for. Measure the length you want the child’s skirt to be, then cut double the length so you have a long piece that you can fold in half. Repeat with the tulle.
2) Once you’ve cut out a bunch of pieces, start creating the tutu with 1 piece of Lace and 1 piece of Tulle making sure that the lace is the top layer.
3) Repeat this step until your skirt is as full as you want it. Voila!
Add a White Tee and Royal Blue Cardigan or blazer to complete the look and you’ll have yourself a mini rabbit!
For those who are unfamiliar with the film, In it, Peter’s feud with Mr. McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson) escalates to greater heights than ever before as they rival for the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door (Rose Byrne). James Corden voices the character of Peter with a playful spirit and wild charm, with Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Debicki, and Daisy Ridley performing the voice roles of the triplets, Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail.
This movie is definitely a must see… Peter Rabbit hits theatres on February 9th!
My children love to play dress up. Thank you for providing another idea on what to make with a few simple steps.

I've never really made anything for Madison in terms of clothing. I've usually just purchased it, but this I can totally do. Thank you for the idea.
This is a fun outfit! I would rather not measure too, lol. I am already planning to take me kids to see this movie. Peter Rabbit is classic and I know it will be fun for all of us.
