We first heard of Wonder Park back in March when we were invited to a very intimate screening of the film. I wasn’t too sure what to expect since I hadn’t really looked into the movie beforehand, but it pleasantly surprised me. I laughed, was surprised, and even cried a little.

In case you aren’t familiar with Wonder Park, It’s the story of a young girl named June who makes an incredible discovery… the amusement park of her dreams has come to life filled with wild rides operated by fun-loving animals. When trouble hits, June and her misfit team of furry friends begin an unforgettable journey to save the park.

I must warn that the movie does touch on the topic of a family member getting sick and growing sicker. It’s a bit touchy and did pose a lot of questions from my 6-year-old, but despite that, it was an absolutely amazing film. I love all things S.T.E.M. so I was very happy to see all that went on in the scenes.

The animated adventure Wonder Park was released on digital June 4 and Blu-ray combo pack and DVD June 18 from Paramount Home Entertainment. This Blu-ray combo release offers a bunch of entertainment that sparks the use of imagination through songs, drawings and so much more.

Fun added features to the Blu-Ray copy are Sing-Along with June, How to draw boomer and the wonder chimps, “Gus the yodeling beaver” deleted scene, and much more. Wonder Park features the voices of Jennifer Garner, Mila Kunis, John Oliver, Kenan Thompson, and Ken Jeong, among others.
