As a parent of a kid who drives her almost insane, Mom Night Outs are a much-needed treat. When I got invited to the #MTNightOut2 Event hosted by Momtrends and Meredith Publications (Family Fun, PARENTS, PARENTS Latina, etc.) I knew a good time was to come. They were treats, make-up, Foot massages, bouquets, and obvious fun. Now let’s learn about some great family brands, Shall we?
I’d like to walk you through everything in the same way that I did at the event so I’m going to start with the newest sneakers from New Balance… Meet the Fresh Foam Arishi!
We all had our own pairs to try on and later take home, but my goodness… The comfort was real. The online images do the kicks no justice because the pearlized sole is much more dazzling in person. I’ll have a full review of the New Balance Fresh Foam Arishi for you real soon. After much debate (with myself) I finally gave in to getting a foot massage and it was lovely!
Next up was the flower station by Munchkin. We were asked to grab a vase to fill with lovely flowers and refreshing lavender. We then Displayed our floral creations in the stylish and fresh Munchkin nursery which really brought out how AWESOME the new Munchkin Step Diaper Pail looked in it. A modern and sleek design makes it the perfect addition to any nursery design. It’s also Taller than a few others on the market which means no more hunching over.
After the refreshing fun, it was time to grab a blackboard at Jif® and write out how we inspire confidence, kindness, imagination, or passion in our children. Jif® believes that when you nourish your kids’ potential, they can be anything they set their minds to. Although I was having a friendly push-debate with my buddy @CestLaVieKarina, I made sure to write that I inspire imagination in my kid by giving her the tools to create masterpieces. Besides, If you write it out then it’s in the atmosphere…
It was now time to Visit Williamsburg. No, I didn’t leave the event space… but I DID create my ultimate Vacation Inspiration board. With activities such as Zip-Lining, Amusement rides, Wine Crafting, Spas, Beaches, and Paddle Boarding, there’s literally enough fun for EVERYONE.
Last, but not least was a chance to get our Makeup done and see the cutest new gift sets and footie swaddles from SwaddleMe. Two baby favorites are the new SwaddleMe Kicksie (a legs-free swaddle that is perfect for warmer weather & swaddling in a 3-point harness while still mimicking the cozy space of the womb) and the new SwaddleMe Footsie (a legs-free swaddle with pajama-like footies that is great for cooler weather & swaddling in a 3-point harness) Both are swaddles that your wiggly baby will love to sleep in.
Overall, I had a much needed Moms Night Out and can’t wait for the next one.
