The crazy and confused weather didn’t stop me from enjoying an evening out with fellow bloggers, the Mom Trends team, and the Fairy Tales hair care brand to promote their amazing product lines. Whether you need something for after the swim, Lice protection, Tangle taming or even protect against the bugs, then I’ve got the product knowledge you need…
The entire line of Fairy Tales products are made with essential oils and natural products. We got the chance to learn some great facts about each product line (including the new formulations used) and I’m sold! What’s even cooler is that we got to mix our own cocktails inspired by the products’ ingredients. I don’t drink, but I did taste the drink to see if it was appealing and it was. I’ll even post the recipes for you below.
The Sun & Swim line features a Clarifying shampoo, Conditioner, and after-sun spray. Gabby swears that she is a mermaid and finds any chance to jump in the water. In the summer time we are both avid pool swimmers. The fact that this line removes the Chlorine greens, sea salts and daily build-up with their gentle fruit extracts makes me a believer forever! All the vitamins within and all the minerals throughout help restore softness, boost hair shine and protect our wonderful hair. And I say “our” because it’s safe for mom’s hair too.
Being that you are more than likely outdoors when going for a swim, the bug repellant is your friend! It smells of amazing Citronella, is DEET-Free, and only consist of Lemon Eucalyptus Oil, Soybean Oil, Cedar Bark, Citronella, Peppermint, and Rosemary!
Fairy Tales Hair Care is more popularly know for their Lice Prevention products which consist of Rosemary, Citronella & Tea Tree Oil. I have not had any experience with lice, but I’ve heard it’s the worst! I will continue to use the best Lice prevention product so that my kid can play care-free.
Lice are mostly spread through head-to-head contact. Lice infest children more than adults because they have more physical contact with multiple children.
Lice can survive up to 36 hours off the human head on clothing and other personal items such as hats, helmets, brushes, combs, hair ties, towels and head phones. They do not fly or jump. They crawl. Lice can also survive in water as they go into a state of suspended animation. Chlorine does not kill them. Pets do not carry the same type of head lice as children. << Some Scary bits ain’t it?
This brand of Hair care for kids have been around since 1999 and are continuing to grow bigger and better. All the lines are sold almost EVERYWHERE: Amazon and Target to name a few. So I highly suggest you get on with having Fairy Tales Hair Care products readily available in your home for the upcoming Summer months!
I've actually used Fairy Tales hair care in the past. I know their lice product is very popular and also supposed to be very good. If we ever have lice, it'll be the first brand that I would get.
I love that they use natural ingredients instead of chemicals to combat lice! The scents are amazing as well.
These are very nice Hair Care products that help get rid of lice but without all the harmful chemicals. It is a great product to use on any child, and it smells great.
