As a First-Time Mom, The only tip I can give to you is to do what YOU think is right for your child! The only way to learn is by making mistakes. As for Baby products, You will find yourself overwhelmed with all the cute and adorableness. DO NOT GO OVERBOARD!
My Must Have items were Pampers Swaddlers Super Packs, a Travel System Stroller, More Diapers, TONS OF WIPES, a Play Yard (because No baby needs a crib until about 7-8 months), and a Dresser JUST FOR BABY! I say dress from experience. At birth I thought a Plastic dresser with 3 Drawers was enough for tiny clothes… 2 months Later Her clothes migrated to my Closet! 3 Things that I absolutely could’ve done without is a Diaper Pail, Wipe Warmer, and Newborn Clothing. My daughter was Born VERY tall! Newborn clothes did not fit her past the 1st week.
