For Cold Therapy simply Toss the Therapearl Pal into the freezer for at least two hours. Cold Therapy can be used for relief of headaches, fever reduction, bumps and bruises. For Heat Therapy wrap a towel over your Therapearl Pal and microwave for 15 seconds adding 5 second intervals until desired temperature has been reached. Heat therapy can be used for menstrual cramps or muscle pain and joint stiffness.
